Why we bake our own

Most apps treat your data as their business model. We think software should work for the people who use it — not the other way around.

Bretzel apps are built to be self-hosted. Your data, your server, your rules. No tracking, no analytics, no third-party services phoning home.

Everything is open source under the MIT license. Read the code, modify it, deploy it however you want. That's the deal.
